Service was good at the airport, however, I reserved a 4 PASSENGER CAR and was told they only had a SMART CAR available, which would not accommodate my 3 passenger. I was forced to upgrade for another $100. Not happy about this and will be taking action to get a refund for upgrade. Was not happy with customer service phone contact--only an international phone # available. Had funds taken out of my account then refunded, and then said they couldn't reserve, so had to go through the process again, and was nervous and unsure if my rental would be there.
