Booking experience was pleasant, information given at the time of booking seemed to be sufficient. Vehicle turned out to be slightly bigger than expected and was almost brand new.

Car Rental Supplier were friendly and helpful, fees and charges given at the time of booking were accurate so no unexpected surprises.

The voucher did have a return address printed on it that didn't actually exist any more (I think it was an old address). I queried this twice - once with AtlasChoice who responded to say that the address was correct. The second time was at the rental office when picking up the car. They checked their list and confirmed that my suspicions were correct but no problem because they had alternative offices that were actually more convenient for my purposes and they also said that I could return the car to any of their offices (seemingly, without notifying them in advance).
