Felt under a lot of pressure to take additional packages when picking up the car. I had just arrived after a 22 hours flight

No instruction on the controls of the car ... everything was around the other way ie wippers/lights .. was a very wet day and dangerous on the motorway in an unknown car
Was upgraded to a bigger car when I wanted a small car

Got a final bill on my car with no explanation as to what that amount was for ... I understood it was meant for petrol top-up but it was much more than that .. over triple a full tank amount
