Finding the location at Bordeaux Railway Station was very stressful because the documentation I received from Atlas prior to picking at the car did instruct me to go to the Enterprise car Rental desk. There was no mention that Atlaschoice were operating through Enterprise. As a consequence of this confusion I was nearly 3 hours late in picking up the car and I had to call the London (Ealing) office in order to find out where to go, a phone call was at my own expense.
May a request that you reimburse me for one days hire charge for this convenience.
