On arrival at Preveza airport we went straight to the Green Motion desk to hire our car, which had been pre-booked and paid for through Atlas Choice.  We were pleased to see that there were only four customers ahead of us in the queue.  However we had to wait over two hours to be served. The desk was manned by only one man who was having to take people out to the vehicles as well as doing the paperwork. He took up to 45 minutes to deal with a single customer. The hire car company next door had a much larger queue of people but dealt with them in less than one hour. 

By the time we were served it was dark and the Green Motion representative seemed unsure whether there was even a car available for us. He eventually took us to a vehicle that was scruffy and damaged (although we were unable to properly inspect the vehicle due to the darkness). We were late to our villa.

When I started driving the vehicle, a Hyundai I10 (bronze), we discovered that the clutch release bearing was damaged (from the a screeching sound it made every time the clutch was used). Also, when the air conditioning was used the car was filled with the strong smell of cannabis! This made us feel extremely Ill every time we drove.

In summary, we were very dissatisfied and I have emailed a complaint to Green Motion (to which I have not received a reply).
