There was a little confusion as to where we stand to wait for our mini bus but the agent turned up promptly and rounded us up. Really quick and efficient process sorting out the paper work. Friendly guy who didn't try to push the extra insurance down our throats like they usually do. We'd book a compact car and were very pleasantly surprised to be given a brand new super sporty Audi! We shall definitely be back.
