Was told to phone when got to the airport but needed to catch a monorail to the pick up point which was up escalators and approx 1 mile walk away. Not easy with 2 kids and cases. Would definitely book on airport collection next time. Bus was there and managed to squeeze on with other families. Tip- run in first, it takes ages to complete the documentation and there is only one computer so you have to wait. I had booked a sat nav but was told we haven't got any sorry, luckily a family member lent us one otherwise it would have been a different trip. The car it's self was very nice and drop off no issue. The van returned us to the pick up point so trek and train it was again! My tip spend a extra £50 and make your own lives easier!! Have fun
