Disappointing service from strasszer.hu

On arriving at the airport, I received a text from the rental company asking me to text them on arrival, which I immediately did. I then got a text back staying they would be at the airport in 45 Minutes (10PM).
I this point, we phoned the company, explaining that this would not be acceptable as we were traveling with a child and would not be at our destination until midnight. The company then said they would not send the hire car if WE were going to cause probelms. As we had already paid for the car we felt we had no choice but to wait.
We the car arrive (50 minutes after collecting out bags) the car was dirty inside and there was minor damage all over the car (over 214000Km on the clock). It took another 20 minutes to document the major damage before we could set off. The age or condition of the car is was a problem, after all you only get what you pay for.
When we return the car to we airport we were 10 minutes early. We phone the car hire company, an then waited another 40 minutes before they arrived. On checking over the car there was no problem, but we were asked to pay the £10 car park charge. when we said we waited 1 hour to collet the car they waived the car park charge.
we will not be hiring a car from this company again, and will in future only use the in-airport car hire companies.
