The booking procedures with Atlas were easy and very helpful with a requested change. Things got difficult at Brindisi Airport as the hire company had no cars. We had to wait 1.5 hrs for a car to turn up that was a smaller than than we had wanted but was OK. I have used Atlas before and found them very efficient, this was not their problem but one with Firefly and Hertz at Brindisi.
