ok cars not good

my name is mrs rye. myself and my family were very dissappointed with ok cars. On arrival at mahon airport we were told to go to the carpark to await a shuttle bus,we waited 45minutes for the bus to take us to a industrial estate where ok cars are based. We then queued for a furthur hour to get to the desk to get our car. Once at the desk i was informed i had to pay a furthur 49 euros for extra cover which was compulsory~not happy!!!! Then i was told they wanted my credit card details as if i were to have a accident they would take 650euros from my account!!! I paid £49 at time of booking to cover excess charge if we were to have a accident. I was told i would have to reclaim the excess from yourselves at a later date, this is very unfair what if i didnt have the 650euros??? Thats why i paid the extra at time of booking. When eventually we were shown to our car it was a small hatchback???? I had paid over £500 for a kia sportage or similar, we were then shown to another small car which i again refused. Eventually we were given a similar car to the kia sportage. This whole process took 2 and a half hours very stressful and not a good start to our holiday. This has put us off using ok cars again.
