It was very easy to book and when we arrived the airport the member of staff kindly 'upgraded' us to an estate with more boot space. Unfortunately the car was dirty with sticky stains on the drivers seat and the inside of the window was so dirty I had to wash it as soon as we reached our destination. The car was also covered In dents. I spent half an hour documenting them (as the majority were not identified on the booking paperwork) prior to signing for it. The price was by no means cheap so I didn't expect such an old and tired car for my money.
