I hired a car in Spain with Sol y Mar. The service was very good and the car itself was brand new and of a very good standard, so nothing to fault them so far. However, they have a policy of charging you for a full tank of fuel and then you return the car empty. What a rip off!! They charged me €115 (£95) for a 60 litre tank of fuel (diesel)... equivalent to €1.91 per litre!! Most petrol stations were selling for €1.34.
So whilt the initial car hire cost may have seemed good.. they soon sticth you up elsewhere. Be very carefull and check the details before boofing with them.

Atlas choice should have made this point very clear in the booking process. Very poor on Atlas Choice's part too.
