Cheap but not well informed

The rental process was fine, but on the pre paid voucher it was not clear if I had to go to the airport to pick up the shuttle to the parking or if I could go straight to the parking to pick up the car. I asked and the attendant informed that I would have to go to the airport first. But in the end, I talked to a friend and he told me to go straight to the parking and I have done that and managed to pick up the car there. So Atlas Choice customer services were not well informed about the rental procedures.
The insurance that I bought was not the equivalent to the whole excess. Budget told me that the excess for all the cars was 1000 pounds, and Atlas Choice told me it was 650. Budget also told me that the insurance that you sold me did not include flat tires or window breaking and that this kind of insure they would offer me for free. So I was not happy with that. Budget was not very happy when they saw the Atlas Choice voucher and they said to never rent again through you.
