On arrival at Palma airport we looked at queues for a lot of car hire firms and initially thought we were lucky to be meeting somewhere else. Instructions said to go to departures and look for a black van with ok on the side. After 15 minutes of looking and asking we finally found the van. On arrival at car pick up there was a queue out the door and we had to wait 1.5 hours to get in the car. We had to put a 600 euro deposit on a credit card and pay 139 euros for a tank of petrol - no choice. Having ordered an Audi a1 we got a fiat 500 large which trust me is nothing like an Audi. We were given a form and told to go and look at car and mark on form all damage and then take form back. We were given instructions for return of car Zander then informed there would be another payment of 39 euros for return before 8.00 am. Finding this place on our return was a nightmare and ended up going to departures and one of us getting in a taxi while driver followed. Taxi driver agreed instructions should be clearer. My husband has said that on this experience he would never hire a car abroad again. We thought it was atlas parking but obviously passed to 'OK car rentals'.
