Disappointed to be charged for a cleaning service when the car was returned spotless other than dusty car mats. See below as to why this couldn't be checked.
Disappointed to be charged for a full tank of fuel upon returning the car...another extra charge.
Disappointed that the reservations staff were not available to check the car upon it's return as they were " on a break "!
Disappointed I was sold excess insurance after requesting it to be added to my original booking albeit at a late stage of my trip.
Disappointed that I had to cancel my original booking after the flight carrier changed it's flight times without notifying me so I then had to make a brand new reservation with Atlas rather than simply edit my original one....thus making an additional day of our break equate to a charge of £65 or so...scandalous and negating the benefits of making an early reservation.
Other than that the car was fine it's just the hidden charges that double the cost of renting a car.
