We waited in the queue at the desk to collect our keys for an hour. When we got to the desk, the lady said that they didn't have any of the cars that we ordered left. We then had to wait a further 15 mins for them to try and sort something else out. We were then told to go on the shuttle bus to the car collection point. On arriving there, the queue was out the door. We waited in it for another 20 mins and then caught another member og staff on the way past who eventually got our car for us, two hours after we had landed. As we were only there for the day, this considerably reduced our time there, which was very disappointing. In future, we will be paying the extra couple of pounds to go with a more reliable company. The staff were very polite though, they seemed to be genuinely doing their best but they had half the number of staff the other companies had.
