I had a car hire voucher with them, but on arrival, we were told that by the partner company Hertz that they 'had no record of this'. Hertz gave us a dummy booking. We emailed Atlas chocie and they promised at first to sort it out and then that it was all sorted. Surprise, surprise, when I got back, I got an invoice from Hertz over £228 (I had already paid £133 for the voucher). After many more emails, I got an apologies of sorts and they promised a refund of £99. I don't even know where this amount came from. I was bluntly told that the case is now closed. I basically got stuck with the bill and I paid twice for my car hire. Please do yourself a favour and do not book with them.
