I wish I had read the reviews on Atlas Choice before using them. Why does any company exist when service so poor apart from actually answering phone calls when you call them. Arrived at Dubrovnik airport went to pick up car but hire company door closed. Other company's all very helpful but advised they had gone bust. Phoned Atlas choice they could not help with arranging car that day and said it would take till following day to arrange. No use if traveling 200KMs that day. Said I would have to arrange hire myself. They all see you coming rubbing hands with what rates they can charge. In the end had to settle for rather old car which was a bit dodgy at a rate 3 times the original amount. Contacted Atlas on return but as they do not charge your credit card till you have hired your car, they offered no compensation. The whole point of car hire is to have no hassle when arriving at destination.
