You have to be careful who you are reviewing. We booked our car through Atlas but as will almost all of these companies, they then pass it on to one of the big companies (Hertz, Avis, etc) to fulfill.

Atlas used EuropCar for our booking.

Europcar were dire. If you look at the reviews you will see them reguarly appearing at the bottom of many lists.

They didn't have the car we had booked, eventually (after much shouting) found another one which was grubby and hadn't been checked and then charged us €300 for damage we hadn't caused.

I started arguing with EuropCar directly, from UK to Italy, and after 2 emails EuropCar said 'case closed' and stopped responding.

Atlas then took it up on my behalf and after about 2 months got me my €300 back.

Without their leverage I'd be €300 out of pocket. can't recommend them highly enough.
