Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The car, however tended top lock whenever it wished. Even with the hatchback open the other doors locked on several occasions. That said, and the fact the oil level was low and I had to put screen wash in because there wasn't any, I am happy with the overall experience. Just needs tightening up on the maintenance side!
