Lowest in price but also lowest quality service.
When I arrived in Spain to pick up the car, we with our children had to queue for three hours till 3am, then staff were trying to sell us an additional insurance even though we had bought it initially fully comprehensive, almost every one who were in the queue had already picked up their cars but were complaining that the cars had many damages on them but not confirmed on the hiring form.
Staff was rude and unapologetic.

I decided not to pick up the car, we felt clearly being cheated. We took two taxis to the hotel.

And arguscarhire.com refused to refund me my money
