We prepaid for a car rental, were forced to add insurance and when we arrived to pick up the rental, they didn't have any vehicles available.

We were forced to rent from another car rental agency at the airport which cost more then the price Argus had offered.

When I informed Argus of the issue it took months to get anything done and even then they only agreed to refund the car rental they offered but not the insurance.

I had to get my credit card company involved.

DO NOT RENT A CAR VIA ARGUS, YOU WILL REGRET IT FOR MONTHS!

NEVER AGAIN! ARGUS SUCKS!
