Hired a car through Arguscarhire.com for two weeks in Malaga in August 2015. Unfortunately, they use Marbesol at Malaga airport as their agents. This lot take 250 euros off you for "compulsory road assistance" and sneer dismissively at any pre-purchased extra insurance. They also take money off your credit card to cover any "damage". When I complained back home, Marbesol blamed Argus and Argus blamed Marbesol. Argus have a standard response to complaints, namely that these conditions are all in the small print. Best response to this is to tell as many folk as possible to avoid hiring a car from Arguscarhire.com. I would not go anywhere near Arguscarhire.com ever again. They are after your money. Customer satisfaction is not their concern
