I Hired a car via argus car hire from Avis in San Diego Airport from 29th August to 4th September. This deal included an additional driver , unlimited mileage ant all the usual trimmings. I had already paid in full well in advance before we started our holiday . After we got bak I read through my credit card bill only to find that I have been charged mileage. I have emailed argus car hire twice questioning this and asking for an immediate refund. However there has been no acknowledgement of my emails . My main main worry is I have already made another reservation for March in Lanzarote and paid in full. I am very disappointed with argus car hire and would not be recommending them to anyone if his is how they treat their customers especially the loyal ones who have been with them for years.
In the past I have never had any problems until this most recent incident.
