I was a bit apprehensive about this car hire experience after being let down by another company (I had to cancel when the allocated car did not match my selection). A number of things pleased me with Argus Car Hire:
PROS: (1) the vehicle allocated matched my booking requirement. (2) there were no hidden charges. (3) there was no pressure at pick-up to buy any extras. (4) The pick-up process was the most efficient I have ever experienced - in-and-out in 5 minutes. (5) the car was ready-to-go, fueled and clean. (6) the return process was very efficient.
CONS: (1) there was slight damage to exterior plastic, not noted on the vehicle condition report - this was noted when I pointed it out.
