The greeter did not make himself known (we were delayed)however he was in deep conversation & was not showing his company logo or standing in a place where he was visable to us, fortunately it was only due to a search around the arrivals area and asking did we make contact.
Although we were made aware on collection the office was off site and didn't open until 8am on our day of return, this was disconcerting as the outbound flight was due to take off at 10am which didn't leave the recommended time to check in our security sensitive luggage, we did make it ''just''.
The car was in much better condition than the previous rental and the collection went smoothly.
