I have been hiring cars through argus in Europe over the past 4 years with relatively high satisfaction. My experience of my rental in USA was not good and not at the same level which was experienced before. My reservation stated a jeep grand Cherokee or similar; however, I was offered a jeep patriot at Alamo.

This is not similar to a grand Cherokee specially that both of them are of the same brand (jeep). This caused a lot of inconvience to me and my Familly, specially on our way back to airport. The patriot was too small to fit our suit cases and so we had to pay 120 dollars to hire a taxi, just for our luggage.

I hope this statement will be taken seriously by Argus, as my last experience did raise concerns about the type of cars u offer.
