The online booking service was clear & easy to follow with all detail explained well, and good value for money. Picking up the car at Heathrow Airport was excellent,I was picked up from airport promptly & after a short wait at office, all the paperwork was explained to me clearly, I was given some additional options which were fully explained as well.
The car was what I had booked, was very neat & tidy although smelled very strongly of cigarettes. I had no problems with the car & it made my trip a lot more enjoyable. On returning the vehicle to Heathrow it was a very quick & efficient service & I was off to the airport very swiftly.
