We had very good service from Dickmann's. Picked up at the airport with no delay. We were sorted very quickly at the office, enabling us to get away quickly, and were promptly returned to the airport on our departure day. We can certainly recommend them and would use them again.
The only downsides were that the car had damage to the bodywork which we had to point out. Apart from that it was a lovely motor. Also, the map we were given as a guide when returning the car could have been more accurate, but with a little help from a local we found it, so try and take notice of the road structure as you leave if you can.
Be prepared, as with the majority of car hirers, to pay over the odds for a full tank of fuel. Unfortunately this is normal practice whoever you hire from.
