All was excellent with the hiring of a great car (Nissan Infinity). Customer Service was very good. The only exception was that the fine print about if you receive any fines each fine incurrs an administration fee of 42GBP was not explained to us nor justified. We were just asked to sign in order for the car hire company not to accept liability for any fines. We thought the fines would be forwarded on to us to pay.
