everything was as shown as expected since I am a repeat customer of argus. So I will not write all the good things but I will focus on the 2 negative ones
1) we landed on terminal 2 at Malpensa airport and the dealr was at terminal 1, which means we had to carry our baggage with the bus etc etc. I would have rented the car from another dealer if it was mentioned that it would be on another terminal
2) the power supply for the gps (the lighter in the car) was not working so we couldn't use our gps. however it had fun since we started asking local people how to find this and that

in general I am very pleased with Argus, I just wanted to mention the 2 rproblems that I had
