All staff were friendly & helpful both on the phone & in person . However , I had to wait an hour for a car at the airport . It was bigger than requested so difficult for me to handle & I scraped a wing . It was also naturally more thirsty and therefore more expensive to run . I had difficulty finding where to return it - I was not familiar with the location & it seemed poorly signed . I should add that I am no longer young .
On the plus side it was brand new & very comfortable .
