the person I dealt with  was so friendly and made me feel welcome at check in. the other person I dealt with was lovely at drop off last week- I used to use hertz but because of the great experience I had you have a converted customer.
I used Alamo in the USA as my old university Johnson and Wales in ROv RI had a discount tie up with Alamo- I will continue using Alamo via enterpirse- what great service .Cheers
