If you want to rent a car at Heathrow airport, finding out where you pick up or drop off your car involves hours of detective work.
I need to make a quick getaway once I land. After more than an hour online searching, I still do not know if I have chosen the right company.
I chose Álamo. They have magically turned into Enterprise. I chose 'in terminal pick up'. Most sites say there is a shuttle bus to the car collection point.
The Álamo site says nothing about any of it.
