We have been using Alamo regularly since 1980 and have always found their service excellent. On the one occasion when we had a mechanical problem with the hire car it was dealt with expediently and ample refund provided for our inconvenience. As long as we have the ability to visit the U.S.A e shall always use Alamo as our rental car service.
