I am writing to complain about the unsatisfactory service that I received today.
I made a reservation online of one of their services, when I went to pickup the vehicle, it was denied because I did not present a post of my proof of residence.
In the website and in the terms and conditions that were sent to me, it is not mentioned that I should devliver a post of my proof of residence and I will quote "Holders of any licence that does not show the current address must also produce proof of current address in the form of a Current Credit Finance Agreement, Current Utilities Bill, or Current Bank Statement.".
I had previously payed for the service and produced a proof of my residence, in this case, the electric bill.
By denieing me the service that I hired I feel that I was descriminated, and since I hired the service for a special event, my companys christmas dinner, that now I will not be attending. I will have to pay for it.
I will never rent in your company ever again.
