The Alamo Team where I collect my car from are absolutely brilliant, I never have to wait more than 5 minutes. They are always very polite, good humoured and pleasant to talk to.
The prices for your cars are great value for money, in fact they are the best prices and there is no other car hire company in the area I live that can beat you.
Only one thing I do not like (sorry but it has to be said), I can only drive automatics and I have to pay a premium price, sometimes over £100 per reservation. Can't understand why
