I love hiring from you guys because you have a great price and I have not purchased a new car now because it works out cheaper to hire once a month to visit family out of london.

My only issue is the ammount of time it take at the local office. If we fill in all this data it would be great if it was printed off and ready to sign at the office. Instead it seems to take around 30-40 mins from the time I enter the office and this is not acceptable since you have all my data on record.

If you could make the service better then do this:

1. Use the data you have instead of asking me for it again.
2. Have it printed and ready to sign when I arrive. I dont want to stand there whilst the guy types the whole lot in again (or it seems that he is at least).
3. Make my wait at your office less than 15 mins.

Do this and you have me for life :). Otherwise no complaints.
