Booked a car from Alamo Scottsdale airport in Phoenix complete with sat nav two weeks prior to getting there from the UK, we were told that no sat navs were available but we could drive to Phoenix airport to collect !! left us in the lurch as we were driving straight to Vegas 300 miles away very unhelpful
