“Just awful ”

The staff at Aberdeen Airport was extremely rude and unhelpful. We did not get the car at the end even if we had a fully prepaid reservation, full driving licence, ID cards and a credit card. The reason they quoted was totally vague and not listed in any terms and conditions. The staff simply refused to discuss the matter any further. This is the worst car rental experience we ever had in any country. Now we are trying to get the refund for the payment and it is another nightmare. To be avoided.
