Incompetent, unhelpful, don't listen. All I wanted to do was more the pick-up by 7 hours and was on a call 2 hours later and they didn't understand. Wanted to charge me £500 cancellation fee. THEY ARE THE WORST. Don't touch with a bargepole.

“Enterprise runs a starhip service”

I had booked a car with another rental company, but they don't accept bank cards. Nor did anyone else except Enterprise. The enterprising young woman at the desk made everything easy. I was in a car and on my way in minutes... My business appointment was about a 45 minute drive away, and I was there in plenty of time. The return journey saw me back at the airport about an hour ahead of the scheduled dropoff time. The young woman who inspected the car was thorough and fast. I was finished in seconds... This was a perfect transaction from start to finish. I liked the efficiency, the courtesy, and speed with which Enterprise handled this transaction.

Airport rentals providing car rental service is a fraudulent, dishonourable company and if you choose to use this sham of a service provider you might be in litigation and a nightmare to recover funds. I booked a car rental in Dec/16. Right after I made the booking they sent a message sorry unable to find the car asked for your booking is cancelled. A month later I get a charge on my Visa credit card for $600US dollars for a no show. I have been fighting with them through my bank for 4 months now with no resolution, they refuse to refund th e money even though this is clearly a case of their system making an online error of 2 bookings when I only wanted one. You will regret dealing with this dishonest company. Do not use AirportRentals.com for car hire.

“Awesome service and a great car!”

When we arrived at Hamilton airport the Europcar kiosk was easy to locate. The rental vehicle was ready and waiting for us. We were very excited as we received a free upgrade and ending up getting a Mercedes for the same price, which really made our holiday so enjoyable as we were doing a road trip. When we dropped the vehicle off in Rotorua at the end of our holiday, the service was also very good. Wood definitely recommend Europcar if you are looking for a rental vehicle.

I was very happy with the service. I did check the car before i drove away from the airport. While i was checking i saw a small dent and went to the drop-off office and reported it. Then someone went with me to checked it out. She saw other damages too and wrote it down.

i bought a full insurance on your website, but when i arrived to Munich, europcar told me this is Keddy's responsibility in case of any issues with the car... in the fact i paid 75EUR to Keddy and didnt have a proper full coverage since in case of issues europcar takes money and didnt consider you have a full coverage. and then keddy have to recharge. so i am sure this is very heavy and difficult process. Next time i will never pay for full insurance on your websitre since you are just affiliate ..

The staff was friendly and efficient. The process was made easy by the online booking which is awesome . Hassle free , not much of paper work. When returning the car , we were met outside by a staff member who immediately took the car keys and told us not to worry she will take care of the car . We proceeded to the terminals to take our flight to Jozi. Thank you .

“Airport Rentals.com - Bad service, lost money”

In august 2016 I booked car for 14 days from Bologna airport to trip in Italy with family. After arriving, agent of AR - "Greenmotion" asked for russian driving license even I am Ukrainian citizen and have been taked car to rent for last 7 years from Eurocar, Avis, Sixt, etc with my current enlish-writed driving license. After 2-hours discussion with call-center of AR and agent “Greenmotion” we went to airport and took car for 14 days from Noleggiare as they have free car of our class. Guy from call-center AR confirmed that it is extraordinary situation, they can’t propose another car and will refund advanced payment. After returning home I send reclamation to AR to refund advanced payment. Reclamation was not accepted and I lost money!!!
