“car rental review”

I rented a Dacia Logan for 22 days at a cost of 22 euro/day during summer of 2012 (August). The car was ok with no major malfunctions however the mileage on the car was 110 000 Km way too much for a rental car; the ride was uncomfortable many times due to high mileage already endured by the car on the relatively bad Romanian roads. We arrived unintentionally in Bucharest (Romania) because of a flight diversion. On a Sunday I needed to find a car to hire that day. My internet searches and the hotel concierge's attempts suggested that all the car hire offices were closed and cars would not be available until the next day. Active Rent A Car, however, agreed to open their city centre office and provide a car. The office is not plush and is on the ground floor of an apartment block - I was not 100% confident. There...
