Could have been better

The website great, easy to book, print vouchers and that's it.
Our car-hire company was KlassWagen Auto -
positive: easy to collect, polite, friendly customer service. They speak English very well. Car was clean condition. Good fuel policy (full to full), no out of service hours charge - eg: our flight was landed at 9pm and she was very helpful and no extra charge for late collection.
Negative:
Where to start......well you need to pay 30euro for winter tyre - which let's say fair enough BUT the winter tyre were AWFULLL-NO tread design in the middle at all(it was flat) it's seriously dangerous to drive a car like that in winter/snowy condition. They charge every single time 30euro Why didn't you change the tires??????
The car was so noisy when we were sitting inside -like an airplane, because of the tires I guess.
When we drove the car the steering wheel was kind of shaking in your hand- I guess again because of the tyre.
She said we need to return the car in clean condition.... WTF?!? I never heard such a thing ever. Otherwise it will be a charge or something...... no comment.
Also we didn't complain at the scene because what can they do at 9-10pm at the airport, and we were exhausted with the children. When we returned again we were hurry to check in and go. Just a lesson for a future to our self.
Probably it's depend which car you get. I would not recommend this car at all. Customer service good. But certainly they need to take more attention for technical issues with older cars. And please don't save the money on winter tyres 2 adults and 2 children life valued more than 30euro.
