I was very impressed with the standard of car I rented. It was in excellent condition and the price was probably the best on the market for value. I was not impressed with the service on arrival at Faro Airport as it took me over half an hour to find the Interent representative and when I did and was finally transported to collect the car I found that I was in a queue of about 15 waiting for a car. My turn took just on 2 hours before I was at the head of the queue which I was not very happy about as I had left my wife and disabled son at the airport as he cannot walkand is wheelchair bound and could not use the transport provided to take us to collect the car. One other item I am very unhappy about is that if you are hiring a car in excess of 5days the you are charged for a full tank of fuel and expected to return the car empty. As it was I returned the car with half tank as my mileage was not great during my stay, hence I was out of pocket by approximately £50. Therefore, I will have to take that into account next time I hire and it may be cheaper for me to hire from another company. I frequently go to Faro so although the original costs are low with 121 taking the fuel into account it may not be so in the longer term.
