booked a car for june and had a lot of problems so didnt get the car
when we returned home we contacted 121 who were very understanding and
gave us a full refund (no one does that these days} anyway we then booked
for seeptember to our surprise when we picked up the car we were given
a free upgrade so would we will we use 121 again you bet we will.
