Picking up my car was very straightforward,and it was clean and in good condition.The fuel policy is good ,pick up full and return full ,many other companies I have used charge a premium price for a full tank .My only real gripe would be the ridiculous excess charge of 900 pounds if you have a claim and don't pay 10 pounds a day to reduce this to zero.I am pretty confident in my driving and risked not paying the extra ,but it is an unnecessary worry.Some companies offer a excess reducing service for less or you take out an independent insurance policy .All that said I was generally happy with the service provided.
