We were very pleased with our car hire - the car was perfect for our needs - a 12 day holiday to visit family in the north of England. The price was right and the only thing I'd change would be to get a diesel car next time - the prices for fuel in the UK still surprise us. The only weak moment was presenting the car back at Newcstle airport to a very solemn, serious attendant without any sense of humour - we were pleased we hadn't scratched the car or left too many sweet wrappers inside! Despite that we'd certainly consider 121 carhire when next we visit the UK.
