I found the website/booking easy to use as a first time user and collecting the car in Pescheira Italy was no problem despite some language issues on both sides!Very competitively priced compared to other websitesI looked at.Requested a Ford Fiesta but got a Fiat Punto (new model)which was slightly bigger but v easy drive.Hiring a car really added to the enjoyment of the holiday and will definitely do this again as gives you so much freedom and opportunity to explore the real country/try different restaurants and not just tourist rip off hotspots!
Would have been helpful to know the exact price I was being charged for as wasn't clear at collection or drop off and ended up phoning the credit card compant to check due to previous horror stories of large extra charges.
