Avoid this company at all costs

They delivered the wrong van, ie no tail lift, a day early while I was at work so I couldnt reject the vehicle.
The paperwork didnt add up, I paid for CDW which it said I hadnt.
The vehicle actualy came from Hertz In Livingstone which Is 80 miles and I was expected to cover the fuel costs for delivery !
Numerous phone calls answered by Bimbo's with promises of resolutions but guess what no call backs.
A call to the Hertz branch at livingstone revealed that a tail lift was not specified and that they would not have provided a vehicle If they could not supply the correct one.
Luckily I paid with a Tesco credit card and they are taking the grievance up on my behalf, ie I want compensating.
Had no Invoice
Had no CDW policy
Had no contact from them
Absolutely shockingly poor company avoid using them at all costs
There Is nothing good to say about them.
Hertz would do well to disassociate themselves from this company as would any other vehicle hire companies.
