I was going to visit the UK to do a few gigs as a musician. And, as I had quite a bit of equipment, I really needed a car to get around... However, without a credit card or a UK debit card, no car rental company was willing to help me. The friendly member or Indigo really tried to think along and went into great depths to see what they could do for me. In the end he arranged me to set up a third party payment, which allowed my friend to let his credit card being used (which I could just pay back of course). When no car rental company came with a solution I was really happy and relieved that I could still go around with a car. I got even picked up and dropped off at the airport. So, all very comfortable...

Really great how Indigo car was willing to help in any way they could!
